One Proved Case of Headache

头痛病是指由于外感与内伤,致使脉络拘急或失养,清窍不利所引起的以头部疼痛为主要临床特征的疾病。头痛的病因病机主要有感受外邪、情志郁怒、饮食不节、内伤不足等,一般辨证分为外感和内伤两大类,外感头痛分为:风寒头痛、风热头痛、风湿头痛;而内伤头痛分为:肝阳头痛、肾虚头痛、血虚头痛、痰浊头痛和瘀血头痛。在临床上,还有一种是阳虚引起的虚阳上浮,也会引起头痛。本文介绍了1例虚阳上浮型头痛的诊断和治疗过程,并做了分析和讨论。

Headache is a kind of disease with head pain as its main clinical feature,which is caused by external and internal injury,which leads to the urgent vein or loss of nourishment,and the disadvantage of clearing the orifices.The etiology and pathogenesis of headache mainly include feeling external evils,depression of emotion,irregular diet,and insufficient internal injury.Generally,it is sorted by external and internal injury.Exogenous headache is sorted by wind cold headache,wind heat headache and rheumatism headache.Internal injury headache was sorted liver yang headache,kidney deficiency headache,blood deficiency headache,phlegm turbid headache and blood stasis headache.In clinical,there is also a kind of yang rising caused by yang deficiency,will also cause headache.This paper introduces the diagnosis and treatment of a case of headache with yang rising caused by yang deficiency.
