中西医结合疗法对高血压合并心房颤动左心房结构及左心功能的影响

Effect of Therapy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Left Atrial Structure and Function in Patients with Hypertension and Atrial Fibrillation

目的探讨定心汤联合缬沙坦对高血压合并心房颤动患者左心房结构及左心功能的影响。方法将2018年7月—2019年7月收治的86例高血压合并心房颤动患者随机分为对照组与研究组,每组43例。对照组采用缬沙坦治疗,研究组患者采用定心汤联合缬沙坦治疗,2组均治疗4周。比较2组临床效果、左心房结构、左心功能及不良反应发生情况。结果干预后与对照组比较,研究组总有效率显著较高(P<0.01),心室率、左心房前后径显著较低,f波振幅显著较高(P<0.01)。2组患者的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论定心汤联合缬沙坦治疗高血压合并心房颤动临床疗效显著,能改善患者心室率、f波振幅以及左心房内径。

Objective To investigate the effect of Dingxin decoction combined with valsartan on left atrial structure and left heart function in patients with hypertension and atrial fibrillation.Methods 86 patients with hypertension and atrial fibrillation admitted from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received valsartan,and the study group received more with Dingxin decoction.2 groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical effect,left atrial structure,left heart function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group after the intervention,the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher(P<0.01),the ventricular rate and left atrium diameter were significantly lower,and the f wave amplitude was significantly higher(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Dingxin decoction combined with valsartan can improve the ventricular rate,f wave amplitude and left atrial diameter in patients with hypertension and atrial fibrillation.
