中医护理对重症急性胰腺炎的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的探讨中医护理治疗重症急性胰腺炎的护理体会。方法选取2018年1月—2019年10月江西省上高县人民医院收治的60例重症急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,根据治疗护理方法的不同,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患者给予常规治疗护理,观察组在常规治疗护理的基础上辅助中医治疗护理。结果观察组患者的临床治疗效果及护理满意度明显高于对照组,临床症状体征消失时间明显短于对照组,2组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中医辅助西医治疗护理对重症急性胰腺炎患者进行治疗,效果显著,优于单纯常规西医治疗,值得推广和普及。

Objective To explore the nursing experience of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on severe acute pancreatitis.Methods Sixty patients with severe acute hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as researh subjects.According to the different treatment and nursing methods,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given routine treatment and nursing.The observation group assisted traditional Chinese medicine treatment and nursing on the basis of routine treatment and nursing.Results The clinical therapeutic effect and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group were signiicantly higher than those of the control group,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs was significanly shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of severe acute hemorrhoids with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is more effective than conventional western medicine.It is worth spreading and popularizing.
