高等中医院校康复治疗学专业双师型教师队伍建设途径探索

Exploration on the Construction of“Double Type”Teaching Staff of Rehabilitation Therapeutics in University of Traditional Chinese Medicine

近年来,由于社会的进步和医学卫生事业的发展,病死率降低,致残率增加,加上工伤事故和交通事故的增多,环境污染的日趋严重,老年人口比例的增加,以及慢性和老年病的日益突出等种种因素,康复医疗对象出现了明显的增多趋势,社会对康复服务的需求逐渐增加。培养适合当代康复事业发展,具有良好人文、科学和职业素质的高素质预防保健和康复治疗人才是关键。积极探索高等中医院校康复治疗学专业“双师型”教师队伍建设的有效途径,加强“双师型”教师基本技能和能力的培养,对于传承中国特色的康复治疗技术,提高教育教学质量,为社会输送应用型康复专业技术人才,满足各级各类康复教育、医疗的发展需要具有十分重要的意义。

In recent years,due to social progress and the development of medical and health undertakings,the mortality rate has decreased,the disability rate has increased.In addition,the number of industrial accidents and traffic accidents has increased,environmental pollution has become increasingly serious,the proportion of the elderly population has increased,and chronic and elderly diseases have become increasingly prominent demand is increasing.Teachers are the key to cultivate high-quality preventive health care and rehabilitation talents who are suitable for the development of contemporary rehabilitation and have good humanistic,scientific and professional qualities.We should actively explore the effective ways to build a“double type”teaching staff of rehabilitation therapy specialty in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine,strengthen the training of basic skills and abilities of“double type”teaching staff,which is of great significance for inheriting the rehabilitation treatment technology with Chinese characteristics,improving the quality of education and teaching,providing the society with applicable rehabilitation professional and technical talents,and meeting the development needs of rehabilitation education and medical treatment at all levels of great significance.
