低温贮藏年限对小粒大豆种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为促进小粒大豆种子的耐贮性研究,以3个小粒大豆品种为试验材料,研究低温(5℃)条件下贮藏年限对小粒大豆种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:随着贮藏年限的增加,小粒大豆种子发芽势、发芽率、相对发芽率及幼苗苗高、根长、幼苗鲜重、幼苗干重等生长性状均呈降低趋势。贮藏4 a的3个小粒大豆种子平均发芽率为53.50%,完全丧失种用价值。不同小粒豆品种耐贮藏能力不同,3个品种中,东农690和吉林小粒6号种子的安全贮藏期为1 a,九芽豆1号耐贮性较好,安全贮藏期为2 a。 In order to improve the storability of Glycine gracilis varieties,taking 3 Glycine gracilis varieties as experimental materials,the effects of storage life on seed germination and seedling growth under low temperature(5℃)were studied.The results showed that,with the increase of storage life,the germination momentum,germination rate,relative germination rate,seedling height,root length,fresh weight and dry weight of Glycine gracilis decreased.The average germination rate of 3 Glycine gracilis seeds varieties stored for 4 a was 53.50%,which lost the seed value completely.Different varieties of Glycine gracilis varieties have different storability.Among the three varieties,Dongnong 690 and Jilin small-grain 6 soybean had a safe storage period of 1 a,while Jiuya 1 soybean had a better storage tolerance and a safe storage period of 2 a.
