摘要
为了进一步了解寒冷环境下民猪抗寒的分子机制,本试验采用Real-time PCR方法检测寒冷环境下PDK4 mRNA在民猪背最长肌中的表达变化情况。结果表明:寒冷环境下36 h和21 d民猪背最长肌中PDK4 mRNA表达量均显著高于常温组。
To study the molecular mechanism of cold resistance of Min pig under cold environment,the real-time PCR was applied to analyze of PDK4 in Min longissimus dorsi muscles(LM)under cold environment.Under cold conditions 36 h and 21 d PDK4 expression were increased significantly than that of normal group.
