电镀行业广泛分布在多个工业部门,生产过程使用并排放有毒有害物质列入强制审核范畴,因此具有较强的代表性和必要性。在阐述中国清洁生产的产生背景、法律法规、标准和其他政策要求的基础上,结合电镀行业的生产工艺、产排污原因和能耗分析,剖析清洁生产审核的方法和技术要点,规范电镀行业清洁生产审核工作,及时更新审核标准和评价指标体系,重点核查预审核、审核阶段数据,产生并实施技术、环境和经济可行的中高费方案,最后达成清洁生产审核目标。

Electroplating industry is widely distributed in a number of industrial sectors,and belongs to the mandatory cleaner production(CP)audit system in China,because hazardous substances are used and generated in production.So,this kind of CP audit has a strong representative and is necessity.At first,the background,laws and regulations,standards and other policy requirements of CP in China were clarified in this paper.On the basis of these,CP audit methods and main techniques in electroplating industry were analyzed,the procedure of CP audit were standardized,CP standard and evaluation index system were updated,combined with the production technology of electroplating industry.In order to achieve CP audit objectives,pre-audit and audit phase data,techniques,environmental and economically feasible medium and high cost schemes should be focused on.
