液化气体汽车罐车检验中常见缺陷及其改进对策 被引量:1

摘要 为了避免液化气体汽车罐车运输过程中安全事故的发生,确保液化气体汽车罐车的安全运行。通过对液化气体汽车罐车检验过程中发现的压力容器罐体圆度超标、加强圈裂纹、防波板裂纹、气相管根部裂纹和前鞍座角焊缝裂纹等几种典型缺陷进行失效分析,并提出相应的解决措施。结果表明:大部分缺陷产生的主要原因是制造中处理不当和结构设计的不合理,通过改进措施减少了缺陷的产生,提高了罐体的安全性能。罐体圆度超标可通过改进制造工艺来提升罐体圆度的稳定性;使用新的加强结构可以减少加强圈裂纹、气相管根部裂纹和前鞍座角焊缝裂纹的产生;使用高强度的材料制作防波板可以减少防波板开裂的产生。 It is to avoid liquefied gas tanker safety accidents in the transportation process,ensure the running safety of liquefied gas tanker.The failure analysis of several typical defects are done in the process of inspection such as pressure vessels tanks roundness beyond the standards,reinforcing ring crack,washboard crack,the base of gas phase tube crack and former saddle fillet weld crack.The corresponding solution measures are proposed.The results show that the main cause of most of the defects is improper handling in manufacturing and unreasonable structure design.The performance of the safety of tank can be improved through improving measures to reduce the defects.Roundness beyond the standards of tanks can be improved by changing manufacturing processes to enhance the stability of the roundness of tank.Using a new strengthening structure can reduce the reinforcing ring crack and former saddle fillet weld crack.Using high strength material to make washboard can reduce the wave plate crack.
