摘要
针对高炉煤气余压回收透平(TRT)发电机组运行出现的振动故障问题,某钢厂从TRT机组降负荷停机检修,TRT、发电机转子,大修后开机及带负荷运行机组振动等方面进行了分析。实践表明:通过低速动平衡加重能较大幅度降低TRT、发电机转子在临界转速区的振动,采取修刮轴瓦接触角解决大修后开机出现低频振动故障,通过现场动平衡加重能保证发电机带负荷运行时转子振动在优良范围内,通过热态动平衡加重解决了因部件膨胀变形而引起的振动增加。
The vibration fault of TRT generator set in blast furnace is analyzed from several aspects when generator set is started up.Outage maintenance of TRT with load drop,TRT,generator rotor,booting up after overhaul,vibration of loading set are the aspects analyzed.Practice indicates that low speed balance could significantly lower the vibration of TRT generator rotor within the supercritical speed range.The low-frequency vibration fault after the overhaul could be solved by fixing the contact angle of bearing.Dynamic balance analysis on site could keep the vibration of generator rotor within a good range.Thermal dynamic balance could help solve the vibration increase caused by components expansion and deformation.
