摘要
支柱与赤道板的户外组焊,包括组对、焊接、变形矫正、无损检测和焊后热处理等工序。由于受户外不利因素影响,使各工序在进行施工时,难以保证有效准确的操作,组焊质量无法得到保证。针对这种情况,系统地说明了各工序的操作方法及注意的问题。根据这些工艺进行制作,使赤道板的组焊尺寸精确可靠,焊接质量得到保证,消除了赤道板的焊后变形,清除了焊缝缺陷,保证了焊缝合格率100%,焊接应力降低了70%~80%。确保了支柱与赤道板的组焊质量。
Assembly and welding of support column to equatorial plate outdoor includes processes of assembly,welding,deformation correction,nondestructive examination(NDE)and postweld heat treatment(PWHT).Due to the influence of outdoor adverse factors,it is difficult to ensure the effective and accurate operation of each process,and the quality of welding.In view of this situation,the operation methods of each process and the problems requiring attention are systematically described.If the support column and equatorial plate are assembled and welded according to these processes,the welding dimension of equatorial plate will be accurate and reliable,the welding quality will be guaranteed,the deformation of equatorial plate after welding and weld defects will be eliminated,the qualified rate of weld will be ensured to be 100%,and the welding stress will be reduced by 70%-80%.In this way,the welding quality of the support and equatorial plate is accordingly ensured.
