从减振器外特性畸变识别设计与工艺质量控制的潜在问题

摘要 该文从微车和轿车国产减振器役后试验外特性呈现的典型畸变,剖析了产品设计与工艺质量控制的潜在问题;用产品调研件的实例说明:悬架减振器减摩(擦力)降噪(声)的质量控制目标,须同时关注软件设计和硬件工艺以及相关工作的环境因素. this article anatomizes the potential problems in product design & process quality control by researching the typical outer characteristic distortion of the used shock absorber of Mini - Van & sedan can. The author use many experiments' data to tell us to achieve the quality control goal of decrease friction & noise in the shock absorber, we should pay enough attention to the software design and hardware process as the environment factors for the product.
