摘要
柱形弹性轴承和锥形弹性轴承是新型无铰旋翼两个关键的元件。主要介绍了一套较为完整和实用的模型旋翼柱形弹性轴承、锥形弹性轴承的设计与刚度计算分析方法,解决了由于模型旋翼桨毂尺寸小带来的柱形弹性轴承和锥形弹性轴承结构布置及叠层设计的设计及制造技术问题,并通过试验数据验证了理论计算的正确性。
Cylindrical elastomeric bearing and Conical elastomeric bearing are the two key parts of the new type hingeless rotor.This paper introduced a set of complete and practical methods for design and stiffness calculation analysis of cylindrical elastomeric bearing and conical elastomeric bearing of new type hingeless model rotor;solved the technical and manufacturing problems of cylindrical and conical elastomeric bearing’s structure arrangement and stack-up design due to the rotor hub model’s small size.The validity of theoretical calculation has been demonstrated by the related test data.
