摘要
直升机锥体振动直接反映直升机旋翼动平衡水平。出现桨叶磨损等异常情况将导致锥体振动明显增加。飞行中锥体振动的实时监控对于直升机飞行安全具有重要意义。介绍了一种新的旋翼动平衡分析及实时监控途径,利用直升机惯导系统,通过惯导系统数据进行数学变换获取相应的旋翼动平衡,并可以直接显示给飞行员。与一般直升机锥体振动测试方法项目相比,此方法不需另外加装振动传感器及采集设备,更为简单实用。测试结果满足动平衡分析及实时监控要求。
In this paper,the date from helicopter inertial navigation system was used to get information about rotor dynamic balance.The information could be directly displayed to the pilot.Additional vibration sensors and acquisition equipment were not required.This paper provided a new method for rotor dynamic balance monitoring based on INS.The test result met the requirements of dynamic balance analysis and real-time monitoring.
