摘要 基于Fluent仿真软件,利用多孔介质模型,对某型无人直升机冷却系统核心部件散热器的换热性能进行仿真计算。计算分析了不同模式下,散热器的换热性能,研究了冷空气流量、冷却液流量以及散热器芯体厚度对散热器性能的影响,可为优化冷却系统提供参考。 Based on Fluent simulation software and the porous medium model,the heat transfer performance of the ribbon-tubular radiator used in an unmanned helicopter was numerically simulated.The heat transfer performance of the radiator under different conditions was calculated and analyzed,and the influence of the flow rate of cold air flow rate,and coolant flow rate and the thickness of radiator core on the performance of the radiator were studied.
