基于CiteSpace的代谢综合征与肺功能关系的可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of the Relationship between Metabolic Syndrome and Lung Function Based on CiteSpace

目的分析代谢综合征和肺功能关系相关研究的热点与前沿,为前沿研究选题和定位提供参考依据。方法在Web of Science核心合集数据库中检索2000—2019年来以“metabolic syndrome”AND“lung function”OR“ventilatory function”OR“respiratory physiological phenomena”为主题词发表的相关文献,利用CiteSpace 5.6.R3进行可视化分析。结果近20年来,国内外关于代谢综合征与肺功能的论文数量呈现逐年缓慢、平稳增长趋势,年发文量很大;国内外作者以及共引作者呈现紧密联系但又争相开放的状态;国内外的研究热点由早期代谢综合征和肺功能基础及临床研究转变为两者预防保健措施。结论近20年来国内外学者在该领域的研究论文数量巨大,且研究热点由早期该领域基础和临床研究转变为预防保健,未来国内学者可将公共卫生作为研究方向进行深入探讨。

Objective To analyze the hot spots and frontiers of the studies on the relationship between metabolic syndrome and lung function,and to provide references for researchers to select the topic and position of frontier research.Methods In the Web of Science database,the words“metabolic syndrome”,“lung function”OR“ventilatory function”OR“respiratory physiological phenomena”were used to search the relevant literature published from 2000 to 2019,visual analysis with CiteSpace 5.6.R3 was performed.Results In the past 20 years,the number of papers on metabolic syndrome and lung function at home and abroad has shown a slow and steady growth trend year by year.The authors at home and abroad and the co-citation authors are in close contact with each other but compete with each other to be open.Research hotspots domestic and abroad has changed from the early metabolic syndrome and the basis of lung function and clinical research to the preventive health care measures of both.Conclusion In the past 20 years,domestic and foreign scholars have published a large number of research papers in this field,and the research focus has changed from the early basic and clinical research to preventive health care.In the future,domestic scholars can take public health as the research direction for in-depth discussion.
