针刺加药物治疗老年性抑郁症的效果观察

Clinical Study on Acupuncture Plus Medicine in the Treatment of Senile Depression

目的对比观察中医针刺加口服西药米氮平与单纯口服米氮平对老年性抑郁症的治疗效果。方法选取64例老年性抑郁症患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各32例,治疗组采用中医针刺治疗,同时口服米氮平;对照组只口服米氮平,服药剂量及方法同治疗组,治疗2个月后观察效果。结果治疗组和对照组患者治疗后汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均较治疗前降低(P均<0.05);治疗后治疗组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者常见不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中医针刺结合米氮平治疗老年性抑郁症疗效优于单纯口服西药米氮平。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture plus western medicine mirtazapine and simple oral mirtazapine on senile depression.Methods Sixty-four patients with senile depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture of traditional Chinese medicine and oral mirtazapine,while the control group was only oral mirtazapine,with the same dosage and method as the treatment group.After two months,the clinical efficiency in the two groups was observed.Results After treatment,the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale in the treatment group decreased compared with those before treatment(P all<0.05).After treatment,the score of Hamilton Depression Scale in control group decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of common adverse reactions had no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of acupuncture plus mirtazapine is better than that of mirtazapine alone.
