摘要
简述了HDS底泥的来源与处置方式,分析了其用于采区酸性水前期处理的工艺可行性,最终成功应用于生产实践。与原有工艺相比,处理每吨酸性水少用石灰0.8kg,铜回收率提高了2个百分点,回收每吨铜金属硫氢化钠单耗由1.97t降低到1.78t,铜精矿品位提高了5个百分点,且对后端HDS处理工艺几乎没有影响,在产生经济效益的同时发挥出资源综合利用的环保效益。此项技术可在其他有色金属行业酸性水资源回收中得到推广应用,具有很强的产业化价值。
The source and disposal methods of HDS sediment were briefly described,and the feasibility of HDS sediment for the preliminary treatment of acid water in mining area was analyzed.Finally,HDS sediment was successfully applied in production practice.Compared with the original process,lime is used less than 0.8kg per ton of acid water,the copper recovery rate is increased by 2 percentage points,the unit consumption of sodium hydrosulfide recovered per ton of copper metal is reduced from 1.97 tons to 1.78 tons,the grade of copper concentrate increased by 5 percentage points,and the HDS treatment process at the back end has little influence,thus bringing into play the environmental protection benefits of comprehensive utilization of resources while generating economic benefits.The technology can be popularized and applied in the recovery of acid water resources in other non-ferrous metal industries and has strong industrial value.
