Dream is a kind of expression of people's subconscious mind.Su Dongpo,as a generation of literary magnate,lived the embarrassing life of the working people at the bottom in Huangzhou period.Many of his inner activities were also expressed in the way of dreams,leaving many poems about dreams.Based on the description of dreams in Huangzhou's poems by Su Dongpo,this paper discusses the types and intentions of dreams,the treasure of sincere friendship,the contemplation of individual life and the expectation of returning to nature.From this aspect,we can see the ideological situation and personality quality of Dongpo in Huangzhou period.
