新冠肺炎疫情防控下高职辅导员工作面临的挑战及对策

Challenges and Countermeasures of Counselors’Work under the Prevention and Control of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia

在新冠肺炎疫情防控背景下,高职辅导员工作面临极大挑战:思想解惑有困难、学习解困难施展、生活解困有压力、心理解压有难度、就业解忧问题突出。针对这些问题,文章提出了相应对策:辅导员要以“全国人民众志成城、共同抗击疫情并成功控制住疫情蔓延”这一契机,加强对学生的价值观引领,通过提升思想政治素质促成长;关注学生心理调适,通过心理疏导促健康;重视学习方法的引导,通过学习解困促进步;将国家助学政策落实到人,通过经济解困树信心;加强引导学生做好职业规划,通过就业解困促个人发展。以学生为中心,促进学生全面发展,大大提高了辅导员工作实效。

Under the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic prevention and control background,the counselors in higher vocational colleges face great challenges:they have difficulties in solving problems,difficulties in learning,difficulties in life,difficulties in psychological decompression,problems in employment and relief.In view of these problems,the article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures:counselors should take the opportunity of“the people of the whole country unite to fight the epidemic and successfully control the spread of the epidemic”,strengthen the guidance of students’values,promote their growth by improving their ideological and political quality,pay attention to the psychological adjustment of students,promote their health through psychological counseling,attach importance to the guidance of learning methods,and make progress through promoting learning,implementing the national student aid policy to people,building confidence through economic difficulties,strengthening the guidance of students to finish the career planning,and promoting personal development through employment.Taking students as the center,promoting the all-round development of students and greatly improves the actual effect of counselors’work.
