"生物化学"是食品科学与工程类的专业基础课程,"生物化学"知识体系中蕴含着丰富的思想政治教育元素。因此,为提升专业课程的课程思政教育水平、全方位育人,本课程教学团队充分挖掘《生物化学》内容的思政教育元素和探索相应的实施策略,将创新意识,坚持不懈、刻苦奋斗意识,文化自信,伦理道德,敬仰英雄安全意识等思政教育元素有机融入"生物化学"课堂教学中,有机结合专业知识传授与思想政治教学从而提高专业课程教学和思想道德教学的质量,最终达到"课程思政"育人的教学目标。

Biochemistry is a basic course of food science and engineering major.The knowledge system of Biochemistry is rich in elements of ideological and political education.Therefore,to improve the ideological and political education level of basic courses and educate students in an all-round way,the teaching team of this course fully explores the elements of ideological and political education in Biochemistry and explores the corresponding implementation strategies.Ideological and political education elements,including innovation,perseverance and hardworking,cultural self-confidence,moral and ethics,respect for heroes,and safety awareness,will be organically integrated into the classroom teaching of Biochemistry to improve the quality of basic course teaching and ideological and moral teaching and eventually achieve the objective of educating students by ideological and political teaching.
