浅谈新形势下高校辅导员与学生的交流模式

On the Communication Model between College Counselors and Students under the New Situation

21世纪我国高等教育将由大众化时代迈入普及化时代;网络技术迅猛发展,对学生的影响体现在学习、生活、工作、社会需求等方面。辅导员队伍的角色定位、专业技能等将是新形势下辅导员与学生交流互通的重要影响因子。因此就新形势下辅导员与学生交流沟通问题进行探讨,以期不断创新和完善与学生的交流模式。

In the 21 st century,China’s higher education will enter the popularization era.The rapid development of network technology affects students’learning,life,work and social needs.At the same time,the role orientation and professional skills of counselors will be the important influencing factors for counselors to communicate with students under the new situation.This paper discusses the communication between counselors and students in the new situation,in order to innovate and perfect the communication model with students.
