“一带一路”背景下土木工程专业国际化人才培养研究

Study on the Internationalization Talents Training of Civil Engineering Specialty under the Background of"The Belt and Road Initiative"

作为"一带一路"建设的重要组部分,包括建筑、桥梁、隧道、铁路、公路等在内的中国基建已经成为世界范围内一张闪亮的名片。然而,为相关领域培养技术人才的土木工程专业,目前在培养具有国际化视野、知识、能力的人才方面,还存在诸多问题。结合工作实际,主要围绕本科生培养,从课程培养体系的不足、海外工程的需求、留学生培养存在的问题三方面,对国内面向国际化的土木工程专业培养体系进行了调研总结,并提出了人才培养建议。

As an important part of the Belt and Road Initiative construction,China’s infrastructure,including buildings,bridges,tunnels,railways,highways and so on,has become a shining business card all over the world.However,there are still many problems in the training of talents with international vision,knowledge and ability for civil engineering majors in related fields.Based on the actual work,this paper mainly focuses on the undergraduate training,summarizes the training system of civil engineering specialty facing internationalization in China from three aspects:the deficiency of curriculum training system,the demand of overseas engineering and the problems existing in the training of foreign students,and puts forward some suggestions for talent training.
