摘要
全英文教学一直是我国高等教育的重要组成部分。随着全球一体化背景下国内对于国际化人才需求的提升,全英文教学的必要性愈发突显。结合全英文计量经济学的授课经验和学生座谈的反馈结果,目前全英文计量经济学课程存在以下三点问题:使用的英文教材案例及其数据缺乏中国特色;计量经济学自身的数理推导,为全英文教学过程中师生双方增加了交流难度;计量经济学本身的难度致使课堂分化严重。针对以上问题,建议授课教师在课前进行语境预热,培养学生学习兴趣;并结合中国数据适当进行教学案例替换,提升课程的授课效果。
Teaching in English has always been an important part of higher education in China.With the increasing demand for international talents in China under the background of global integration,the need for teaching in English is becoming increasingly apparent.Based on the teaching experience of Econometrics taught in English and the discussion with students,we find that at present there are three problems in the course of Econometrics taught in English:the examples and data in the teaching materials are lack of Chinese characteristics;the mathematical derivation of Econometrics taught in English increases the difficulty of communication between teachers and students in the process of teaching;the difficulty of Econometrics causes a sharp divergence of the students.In view of the above problems,we suggest that teachers preheat the language context before class and cultivate students’interest in learning,and appropriately replace some cases with Chinese characteristics to improve the teaching effect of the course.
