Exploration on Improving the Training Quality of Graduate Students in Cooperation between Schools and Enterprises

通过分析目前控制工程专业硕士研究生培养中存在的问题,提出了实际项目才是培养专业型研究生解决问题能力的正确路线,阐述了控制工程专业硕士研究生如何借助校企协同的平台和资源找到项目以及如何在实际项目中成长,针对其校企协同培养过程中可能出现的问题提出了些许合理化的建议。

By analyzing the problems existing in the training of professional masters in control engineering,this paper puts forward that learning by doing in practical project is the correct route to cultivate the problem-solving ability of professional graduate students.This paper expounds how to find the project with the help of the platform and resources of the cooperation between school and enterprise and how to learn and practice in the actual project,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the problems in the process of cooperative training between school and enterprise.
