加强高校老干部图书资料室建设的几点思考

老干部图书资料室是老干部阅读、学习的重要场所,有利于丰富老干部的精神生活,助力老干部发挥余热作用。目前,各高校都建立了老干部图书资料室,在做好老干部工作中发挥了重要作用,但也存在着一些亟待解决的问题。为加强老干部图书资料室建设,应提高对老干部图书资料室建设重要性的认识,加大老干部图书资料室建设的投入,规范老干部图书资料室的管理,不断提高图书资料室工作人员的业务水平。
