摘要
结合新工科建设人才培养目标,针对应用型高校人才培养目标提出建设性方案。对校内工科专业、校企共建人才培养基地、实验教学、慕课教学四个方面的建设方案进行详细介绍与分析,旨在培养学生创新思维能力,以适应新形势下用人单位的需求,提高应用型高校毕业生的市场竞争力。
This paper puts forward a constructive plan for the talent training program of applied colleges and universities in combination with the goal of"Emerging Engineering"construction.This paper introduces in detail the construction plan of engineering specialty,school-enterprise co-construction talent training base,experiment teaching and MOOC teaching in order to cultivate students’innovative thinking ability to meet the needs of employers under the new situation and improve the market competitiveness of applied college and university graduates.
