物流工程硕士是面向应用的专业硕士项目,而现有的以理论教学为主的培养方式,对于学生实际管理技能的训练存在明显不足。将项目式学习这种形式引入到物流工程硕士培养中来,让学生通过完成实践化的项目,发现问题、收集资料、团队合作、解决问题,对物流系统运作产生深层次的理解,切实提升胜任实际工作的职业技能。

Master of logistics engineering is an application-oriented professional master’s program.However,the existing training methods based on theory teaching are obviously insufficient for the training of students’practical management skills.The project-based learning is introduced into the master training of logistics engineering,so that students can find problems,collect data,cooperate in teams,solve problems,have a deep understanding of the operation of logistics system,and improve their professional skills.
