基于分类培养的资源环境类人才培养模式研究——以青岛农业大学资源与环境学院为例

Research on the Training Model of Resources and Environmental Talents Based on Classification Training--A Case Study of College of Resources and Environment of Qingdao Agricultural University

针对资源与环境类专业人才培养中面临的问题,结合专业特点,细化人才培养内涵,开展分类培养精准育人的人才培养模式研究,构建分类人才培养目标和培养规格、设计多元课程体系、更新教学内容和方法、建设双师双能型师资队伍和多样化实习实践基地,有效促进应用型大学内涵式发展,为乡村振兴战略、美丽乡村建设和新旧动能转换重大工程等服务。

Based on the problems of professional talent training in resources and environment,the connotation of talent training is refined,combining with the characteristics of professional.The research on talent training model of classified training and precision education is carried out to establish training objectives and training specifications,design diversified curriculum system,update teaching contents and methods,and build the double functional teacher team and diversified practice bases.This model could effectively promote the connotation development of application-oriented universities,and serve the rural revitalization strategy,the construction of beautiful villages,and major projects to replace old growth drivers with new ones.
