摘要
生物化学理论及技术是分析临床上相关疾病病因、发展机制及诊断、治疗的重要工具,是临床医生培养教育中的重要学科。基于生物化学教学实践中的内容繁多、理解难度大、理论实践结合不紧密、与科学技术发展易脱离等相关问题,有必要对"生物化学"课程的教学进行改革。"生物化学"课程的教学改革应从优化教学内容、调整教学方法、构建创新型教学团队、改进评价体系等方面考虑,为该课程教学质量的提高提供参考,以期全面提高学生的知识、技能和创新能力。
Biochemistry theory and technology is an important tool for the analysis of the causes,development mechanism,diagnosis and treatment of clinically related diseases,as well as an important discipline for clinicians.Because of the various issues in biochemistry teaching practice,such as the difficulty of understanding,the inadequate combination of theory and practice,and the separation from the development of science and technology,it is necessary to reform the biochemistry teaching.The reform should be considered from the aspects of optimizing the teaching content,adjusting the teaching methods,building an innovative teaching team and improving the evaluation system,so as to improve the teaching quality of this course,and improve students’ knowledge,skills and innovation ability.
