摘要
婴幼儿营养状况评价是"营养与食品卫生学"实验教学中的一项基本技能,受婴幼儿活泼好动、配合度差等特点限制,学生在实习过程中面临实训难度大,实践与教学联系差等问题,影响着学生的学习效果。通过探讨了婴幼儿营养状况全流程虚拟仿真实验的构建和实施效果,为提高学生婴幼儿营养状况评价能力提供了可借鉴的方式。
To evaluate the nutrition status of infants is a basic experimental skill in nutrition and food hygiene.Due to the characteristics of active infants and young children, and the poor coordination, students face difficulties in practical training and there is a poor connection between practice and teaching in the internship process, which affects the learning effect of students. This paper discusses the construction and implementation of the whole process virtual simulation experiment of infant nutrition status, which provides a referential way for improving students’ evaluation ability of infant nutrition status.
