新时期传统工科专业型硕士课堂教学实践优化——以冶金工程为例

摘要 新时期技术变革对于传统工科专业型硕士研究生的培养既充满挑战也蕴含机遇。如何利用好研究生初期课堂教学是培养高层次应用型专门研究人才所面临的一个重要课题。基于多年的教学实践以及研究生指导经历,对于冶金工程专业型硕士的专业课课堂教学,采用明晰教学目标、研究型教学模式、虚拟仿真实验、融合前沿技术与学生成绩互评等优化措施能够使教学效果得到较为明显的提升。期望对同类专业相似课程的课堂教学起到帮助。 Technological change in the new era is full of challenges and opportunities for the cultivation of traditional engineering professional masters.How to make good use of the early stage classroom teaching of graduate students is an important issue facing the cultivation of high-level applied specialized research talents.Based on the author’s many years of teaching practice and postgraduate guidance experience,this article points out that for the professional class teaching of the master’s degree in metallurgical engineering,the optimization measures such as clear teaching goals,research-based teaching models,virtual simulation experiments,integration of cutting-edge technology and mutual assessment of students’ performance can improve the teaching effect obviously.It is hoped that the above methods can help classroom teaching of similar courses of similar majors.
