摘要
当前,以项目为纽带的导师负责制已不能满足社会发展建设对具有社会责任感、创新精神和实践能力的跨领域、复合型、高层次人才的需求。我国专业极致细化的工科研究生教育亟待与之合宜的通识教育来实现招生、培养和就业三者间的动态平衡。
At present, the project-based tutor responsibility system can no longer meet the needs of social development and construction for interdisciplinary, high-level talents with strong sense of social responsibility,innovative spirit and practical ability. In order to realize the dynamic balance between enrollment, training and employment, the graduate education of engineering, which is too detailed and narrow in professional division, is in urgent need of general education.
