医学免疫学是重要的生命学科或医学基础学科,医学免疫学实验课是其重要的组成部分。通过不断的实验课教学实践探索和总结,发现在教学活动中通过改变传统课堂教学内容和模式,代替以研究性和探索性的实验及教学内容,对不同学生因材施教,有利于培养创新型人才。同时优化医学免疫学实验课的考核方式,以动手能力为主的考核方式能促进学生实际操作能力的培养。另外,加强实验室建设和实验人员的专业性培训,资源优化配置,是教学和科研顺利进行的有力保障。

Medical immunology is an important life subject or basic medical subject,and the experimental course of medical immunology is an important part of it.Through continuous exploration and summary of experimental teaching practice,we found that by changing the traditional classroom teaching content and model in teaching activities into research and exploratory experiments and teaching content,teaching different students according to their aptitude is conducive to the cultivation of innovative talents.At the same time,optimizing the assessment method of the experimental course of medical immunology,the assessment method based on hands-on ability can promote the cultivation of students’ practical ability.In addition,strengthening laboratory construction and professional training of laboratory personnel,and optimizing the allocation of resources are a powerful guarantee for the smooth progress of teaching and scientific research.
