Application of Liquid Chromatography in Quality Detecting Methods of Aconitum Carmichaeli and Its Preparations

采用回顾文献,总结归纳的形式总述了近几年国内外研究工作者对附子及其相关制剂质量检测方法的研究成果。重点介绍了液相色谱法及液相色谱—质谱联用技术在对附子及相关制剂进行有效成分分析及毒性成分分析的具体操作方法,同传统方法相比,色谱及色谱质谱联用技术相关系数好,准确度高,灵敏度高,且分离出的成分更多。

By reviewing the literature,this paper summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign researchers on the quality detection methods of Aconitum carmichaeli and its related preparations in recent years.The specific operation methods of liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry in the analysis of effective components and toxic components of Aconitum carmichaeli and its related preparations are emphatically introduced.Compared with traditional methods,the chromatography-mass spectrometry technology has good correlation coefficient,high accuracy,high sensitivity and more separated components.
