湖北省黄冈市黄州区学前教育行业的发展状况研究

Study on the Development of Preschool Education Industry in Huangzhou District of Hubei Province

黄冈市黄州区学前教育行业具有以下特点:一是园所数量充足,分布合理;二是普惠性资源不足,财政投入过少,“入院难”“入园贵”问题仍存在;三是本地教育人才流失严重,保教质量有待提高,行业发展后劲不足。针对上述问题,提出要加大普惠性资源投入,从本质上解决“难”“贵”问题;提高教师行业吸引力,建设高质量的师资队伍,为学前教育提供源源不断的推动力。

The development of preschool education industry in Huangzhou District has the following main characteristics:first,the number of kindergartens is sufficient and the distribution is reasonable;second,the resources for the public are insufficient,and the financial investment is too little,and the problems of"difficult admission"and"expensive admission"have not been fully solved;third,the loss of local educators is serious,the quality of education needs to be improved,and the development potential of the industry is insufficient.What we need to do is:to increase the investment of the resources for the public,and solve the problem of"difficult and expensive"in essence rather than in quantity;to improve the attraction of teachers'profession,to build a high-quality teaching staff,and to provide a continuous impetus for preschool education in Huangzhou District.
