以洞察力、思考力培养创新型研究生的核心竞争力

Cultivating the Core Competence of Innovative Graduate Students with Insight and Thinking Ability

摘要 当前我国教育最大的短板是缺少创新型人才。研究生是国家人才的后备军,如何培养创新型研究生成为教育界面临的难题。洞察力和思考力是创新型研究生的两种核心竞争力。洞察力激发创新活动,而创新的过程需要思考力,二者相辅相成,缺一不可。文章就两种能力的定义、重要性及如何培养展开讨论,为培养创新型研究生提供新思路。 At present,the biggest weakness of education in our country is the lack of innovative talents.Graduate students are the reserves of national talents.How to cultivate innovative graduates has become a big problem in our universities.Insight and thinking ability are the two core competitiveness of innovative graduate students.Insight inspires innovation,and innovation process requires thinking ability.The two are complementary and indispensable to each other.This paper aims to point out the importance of both two faculties and the way to cultivate them.We hope that our study provides some new ideas and concepts for cultivating innovative graduate students.
