土木工程卓越班学生创新能力培养的研究与实践

Research and Practice on the Cultivation of the Innovative Ability of Excellent Class Students in Civil Engineering

“卓越工程师教育培养计划”旨在培养造就一大批创新能力强、适应经济社会发展需要的高质量工程技术人才,对促进高等教育面向社会需求,培养高素质、创新型人才具有十分重要的示范和引导作用。以浙江大学改革实践为例,通过完善课程体系、制定卓越人才培养方案、加强师资队伍建设、建设创新实践基地、组建土木工程卓越班、引进末位淘汰机制等改革举措,探讨土木工程卓越班学生创新能力培养的改革实践与成效。

The Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan aims to cultivate a large number of high-quality engineering and technical talents who have strong innovation ability and adapt to the needs of economic and social development.It will play a very important demonstration and guiding role in promoting higher education and cultivating high-quality,innovative talents.Taking the reforming practice of Zhejiang University as an example,the cultivation and effectiveness of civil engineering excellent talents'innovative ability was discussed.Reform measures such as improving the curriculum system,formulating excellent talents'training programs,strengthening the teaching staff,constructing the innovation practice base,establishing civil engineering excellence class and introducing end elimination mechanism,were used to promote the cultivation of the innovative ability of the excellent class students.
