人文关怀不仅是中国医学崇尚的精髓,也是西方医学的核心精神,是医学价值取向的终极体现,选择了学医,便是选择了人文关怀。如何结合学生的发展实际完成人文教育培养任务,把医学影像技术的人文教育贯穿在学生发展的始终,是医学教育工作者应深入思考和探讨的问题。探讨医学影像人文教育培养理念,对医学影像学生人文精神培养的有效途径,包括课堂教学过程中对学生人文精神学习理念的植入;借鉴海外医学院校人文精神培养模式;结合学生的发展实际完成人文教育培养任务,把人文教育贯穿于学生发展的始终。

Humanistic care is not only the essence of Chinese medicine,but also the core spirit of Western medicine.It is the ultimate embodiment of medical value orientation.Choosing to study medicine means choosing humanistic care.How to combine the development of students to complete the task of humanistic education and training,and to run the humanistic education of medical imaging technology throughout the development of students is a problem that medical educators should have in-depth thinking and discussion.This paper discusses the concept of medical image humanistic education and the effective way to cultivate the humanistic spirit of medical image students.It includes implanting the students'learning ideas of humanistic spirit in the process of classroom teaching and learning from the humanistic spirit training mode of overseas medical colleges.In the process of cultivating medical students'humanistic spirit,we should pay attention to how to complete the task of humanistic education in combination with the actual development of students,and put the humanistic education of students throughout the development of students.
