摘要
了解实习中期本科护生的焦虑状况、职业态度,分析影响因素及二者之间的相关性。采取问卷调查法,应用SAS焦虑自评量表和护生职业态度量表,对309名实习本科护生的焦虑状况和职业态度进行调查。剔除无效答卷9份,300名实习中期本科护生的焦虑发生率为27%,总体职业态度呈中立偏积极。Pearson相关分析表明,护生职业态度与实习焦虑显著负相关。由此可以看出,实习中期本科护生保持积极的职业态度可以降低实习焦虑。学校可以通过引导加强医学生的积极心理取向,帮助护生树立正确的职业态度,促进护生职业目标的完善,从而减轻实习焦虑,提高实习效果,提高护理工作者总体道德品质,推动护理学科进一步发展。
To understand the status of anxiety and professional attitude of undergraduate nursing students in mid-internship and analyze the correlation between the two,309 nursing students were investigated,and the results were analyzed by using the SAS anxiety self-assessment scale and nursing students'professional attitude scale.The incidence of anxiety in 300middle-term nursing students was 27.00%;the overall professional attitude of undergraduate nursing students was neutral and positive.Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between nursing students'professional attitude and practice anxiety.Therefore,it is concluded that the positive professional attitude of undergraduate nursing students in mid-internship can reduce the anxiety of practice.The school can help nursing students set up correct professional attitude and promote their professional pursuit by strengthening the guidance of medical students'positive psychological orientation,so as to reduce the anxiety of internship,improve the effect of internship,ensure the effective use of highly educated nursing staff,increase the overall cultural quality of nursing staff,and promote the development of nursing discipline.
