摘要 南京医科大学基础医学专业重视学生的全面发展,不断深化教学改革与创新。除传统教学方式外,各学科尝试运用课堂讨论、演讲展示、文献分享等形式提升学生学习的积极性。以问题为导向的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)能够激发学生学习的兴趣和自主性,培养学生创造性思维以及解决问题的能力。高级生物化学课程依托PBL教学,将理论课程与科研实践相结合,对学生综合素质的培养效果显著,值得借鉴学习并推广开展。 The basic medical specialty of Nanjing Medical University attaches great importance to the all-round development of students and constantly deepens the teaching reform and innovation.In addition to the traditional teaching methods,classroom discussions,lectures,literature sharing and other teaching forms have been used to enhance students'enthusiasm for learning.Problem-based learning,or PBL for short,is a modern teaching philosophy for the development of creative thinking and problem-solving ability for medical students.The introduction of PBL to the Advanced Biochemistry course in the authors’school combines theoretical course with scientific research practice and has achieved a remarkable effect on the cultivation of students'comprehensive quality,which is worth learning from and popularizing.
