地方本科院校生物技术综合实验课程教学改革探索 被引量:5

摘要 以井冈山大学为例,从实验教学内容、教学方式、考核与评价方式等方面总结生物技术综合实验教学改革经验。生物技术综合实验教学内容要紧密结合当地资源或教师科研,精心设计,形成模块,既要把生物技术的实验内容有机串联在一起,又要和平时实验内容相区分或者避免重复;教学方式应采用开放型实验教学方式;考核与评价方式采取科研论文或者成果汇报的方式。 Taking Jinggangshan University as an example,this paper summarizes the teaching reform experience of Biotechnology Comprehensive Experiment Course from the aspects of experimental teaching content,teaching method,assessment and evaluation.The Biotechnology Comprehensive Experiment Course teaching contents should be closely combined with local resources or teachers'scientific research,carefully designed to form modules.It is necessary to combine the experiment contents organically,and to distinguish them from the usual experiment contents or avoid repetition.The teaching methods should adopt the open experiment teaching method,and the methods of examination and evaluation should adopt the way of scientific research paper or results reporting.
