The Exploration of Undergraduate Tutorial System in New Applied Colleges

本科生导师制是国际国内比较认可的提高本科生人才培养质量的一种方式,也是我国高校教育教学改革研究的热点问题。新建应用型本科院校如何提高人才培养质量,文章结合实际,从本科生导师制的起源及意义、现状及存在的问题、导师制模式的探索、实施建议等几个方面,对新建本科院校本科生导师制进行阐述。

Undergraduate tutorial system is a way to improve the quality of undergraduate personnel training,which is recognized internationally and domestically,and it is also one of the hot issues in the research of education and teaching reform in colleges and universities in China.How to improve the quality of personnel training is also the most important problem to be solved in education and teaching.Therefore,this paper gives some suggestions on the implementation of undergraduate tutorial system in new undergraduate colleges.This paper mainly expounds the origin and significance of the undergraduate tutorial system,the present situation and existing problems,the exploration of the tutorial system model and the implementation suggestions.
