建筑施工技术课程融入职业标准的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Integrating Professional Standards into the Construction Technology Course

建筑施工技术课程是高职院校建筑工程技术专业的专业核心课程。目前,课程内容存在一些问题,如课程内容与不能满足实际企业岗位所需求的知识和技能,与专业职业标准无法对接,课程内容与现有企业岗位实际要求不相适应等。通过广泛调研分析专业职业标准和专业的岗位职业能力,将建筑工程施工技术课程内容与职业标准进行对接,更新、优化教学内容,合理确定教学重点,重新构建建筑施工技术课程内容,提高人才培养质量。

The course in Construction Technology is one of the core courses of the major of construction engineering technology in higher vocational colleges.At present,there are some problems in the content of the course.For example,the content of the course and the skills cannot meet the needs of the actual positions of enterprises,the content is not in accordance with the professional standards,and the content is not compatible with the actual requirements of the existing positions of enterprises.Based on the extensive investigation and analysis of professional standards and also professional post professional ability,this paper links the construction technology course content with professional standards,updates and optimizes the teaching content,reasonably determines the teaching focus to reconstruct the Construction Technology course content and thus improve the quality of personnel training.
