基于场域理论的高校宿舍文化建设路径探究——以南京信息职业技术学院“主题文化宿舍建设”为例

Research on the Construction Path of College Dormitory Culture Based on Field Theory:A Case Study of the"Theme Culture Dormitory Construction"in Nanjing Information Technology Institute

学生宿舍是高校开展育人工作的场域之一,也是学生良好习惯培养、高尚品德养成、人际交往锻炼的实践场所。宿舍场域的文化建设直接影响大学生惯习的形成。基于场域理论,分析其对宿舍文化建设的指导意义,并在此基础上构建系统模型,构建科学的教育引导体系框架,培养学生全面发展。

Student dormitory is one of the places in which colleges and universities carry out the work of education,and it is also a practical place for students to cultivate good habits and noble moral character and to improve their interpersonal communication ability.Based on the field theory,this paper analyzes the guiding significance of the theory to the construction of dormitory culture,and builds a system model on the basis of it,constructs a scientific framework of educational guidance system in order to promote the all-round development of students'quality.
