“双一流”背景下地方高校发展路径探索

On the Development Path of Local Universities under the Background of"Double First Class"

地方高校由于受地域和资源的限制,存在着学科综合实力弱、科研竞争力弱、高水平人才弱、高层次科研合作弱等问题。文章提出地方高校建设一流学科要加强管理人员队伍建设,紧扣学科前沿争取科研突破,围绕特色打造学科建设体系,制定有效的考核机制,加强校内校外合作提升学科综合实力。

Due to the limitation of region and resources,local colleges and universities have the problems of"weak comprehensive strength of disciplines,weak competitiveness of scientific research,weak high-level talents and weak cooperation of high-level scientific research".It is proposed that the construction of first-class disciplines in local high-level universities needs to strengthen the construction of management personnel to promote management effectiveness,to strive for breakthroughs in scientific research,to build discipline construction system around characteristics,to set up an effective assessment mechanism,and to strengthen the cooperation within and outside the university to enhance the comprehensive strength of disciplines.
