摘要
科研实验室是高校的重要资源,如何发挥其在本研一体创新人才培养中的作用,是高校“双一流”建设面临的共性问题。针对本研一体化人才培养中存在的问题,结合山东省油藏地质重点实验室实践,总结了依托重点实验室培养本研一体创新型人才实施方法和效果。提供验证性实验和科研体验条件,激发低年级本科生对专业的兴趣;结合大创项目为高年级本科创新探索提供平台;通过系统的科研实践,培养研究生科研创新能力和科学精神;实现本研一体全程育人。提出要发挥科研实验室在本研一体招生中的筛选作用以及加强科研实验室团队建设。
Scientific research laboratory is an important resource of universities.How to enhance the role of scientific research laboratory in innovative undergraduate-postgraduate students’cultivation is a general problem in universities’“double first-class”construction.Aiming at the problems in undergraduate-postgraduate students integrated cultivation,methods and results are summarized according to the practice of Shandong Provincial Key Laboratory of Reservoir Geology.Verification experiment and scientific research experience conditions are provided to inspire major study interest of junior undergraduates.The lab provides innovation and exploration platform for seniors through innovation project for college students.Through systematic scientific research practice,postgraduate's scientific research innovation ability and spirit are cultivated,and the whole-process talent cultivation is realized.It is proposed to give full play to the screening role of scientific research laboratory in enrollment of undergraduate-postgraduate integrated students and strengthens the team construction of scientific research laboratories.
