国家应急广播体系的建设与使用,关系人民群众的生命财产安全。应急广播具有建设简单快速,传输距离远,传播速度快等优点,在面对突发公共事件时,它以广播的形式向公众传递紧急信息。本文拟对三级应急广播体系建设的方案进行探讨。

Construction and use of national emergency broadcasting system is related to the safety of people's lives and property.Emergency broadcasting has the advantages of simple and fast construction,long transmission distance and fast transmission speed.In the face of public emergencies,it transmits emergency information to the public in the form of broadcasting.This paper intends to discuss construction scheme of threelevel emergency broadcasting system.
