本文主要阐述介绍了南京广电基于区块链技术设计搭建数字媒体内容版权管理平台的情况,该平台以云区块链平台+SaaS应用平台+信息服务中心为整体架构,以地区广电联盟链为组织基础,提供ToB、ToC的数字媒体版权存证交易管理服务,有助于数字媒体产业生态的健康发展。

This paper mainly introduces design and construction of digital media content copyright management platform based on blockchain technology in Nanjing Radio and television.The platform takes cloud blockchain platform+SaaS application platform+information service center as overall framework and takes regional radio and television alliance chain as organizational basis to provides ToB and ToC digital media copyright deposit and transaction management services,which will promote healthy development of digital media industry ecology.
