OIS软件在鼻咽癌危及器官自动勾画的临床应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:对肿瘤信息管理系统(oncology information system,OIS)自动勾画软件在鼻咽癌肿瘤放射治疗当中危及器官自动勾画的可行性进行研究。方法:选取20例可行性患者,分别进行人工勾画与自动勾画。20例患者人工勾画图像作为对照组,而机器勾画的图像作为干预组。使用体积重合度(DSC)与杰卡德相似系数(J)来分析自动勾画图像的精确度。结果:自动勾画的图像中垂体、视交叉、视神经(左)的DSC<0.7,并且此三类器官的J值也较低,在0.3左右,重合性较差。垂体、视交叉、视神经在DSC与J方面有统计学差异。结论:利用OIS软件在头颈部肿瘤危及器官自动勾画时除了垂体、视交叉、视神经外,其余大部分器官的勾画完全可以替代医生达到较好的临床效果,大大节约了人力,促进放射治疗的自动化和智慧化。 Objective:To study the feasibility of OIS automatic mapping software for organ at risk in radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods:Twenty patients were selected for artificial and automatic sketching.Artificial sketch image is used as reference group while machine sketch image is used as contrast group.Volume coincidence(DSC)and Jacquard similarity coefficient(J)are used to analyze the accuracy of automatic image sketching.Results:DSC of pituitary gland,optic chiasm and optic nerve(left)in auto-sketched images was less than 0.7,and the J value of these three organs was about 0.3,with poor coincidence.Statistics:Pituitary gland,optic chiasm and optic nerve showed statistical differences on DSC and J.Conclusion:Except pituitary gland,optic chiasm and optic nerve,most of the other organs can be automatically delineated by OIS software,which can completely replace manual work to achieve better clinical effect,greatly save human resources and promote the automation and intelligence of radiotherapy.
