薏苡幼苗叶色性状的遗传分析 被引量:3

摘要 为薏苡杂交育种提供理论依据,采用幼苗期呈紫叶(安薏1号)和绿叶(安国薏苡、临沂薏苡和CL91)的薏苡品系作亲本,构建4个杂交组合,通过观察分析其F 1和F 2幼苗植株的性状特征和分离比例,研究薏苡幼苗叶色性状的遗传规律。结果表明:薏苡4个杂交组合F 2群体植株中紫叶和绿叶性状的分离比符合3∶1,紫叶性状相对于绿叶性状为显性,紫色叶片是由1对显性等位基因控制,可作为薏苡遗传改良的标记性状。 Coix varieties(lines)with purple leaf(Anyi 1)and green leaf(Anguo Coix,Linyi Coix and CL91)at seedling stage are used as parents to construct four hybrid combinations,and the genetic rules of leaf color traits in Coix seedlings is studied by observing and analyzing trait characteristics and segregation ratio of F 1 and F 2 population plants seedlings to provide the theoretical basis for cross breeding of Coix.Result:The segregation ratio of purple and green leaf traits in F 2 population plant of four Coix hybrid combinations accords with 3︰1.The purple leaf trait is dominant to green leaf trait.The purple leaf is controlled by one pair of dominant alleles,which can be used as marker trait in genetics and improvement of Coix.
